This workshop offers a trauma informed experience guided by Susan Crockett a registered psychologist with a history of vocal performance. Blending psychology, performance and embodied awareness, this workshop invites participants to gently explore how the feelings created by music & song evoke feelings of warmth, care and self appreciation. The workshop offers opportunities for personal exploration and expression.
