About the event

Finding Your Voice is a series of Workshops developed by Psychologist and Diva Susan Crockett-Crave.

In this workshop Susan looks at the impact of the many ruptures - the moments of disconnection, hurt or self-doubt that we experience in our lives. How our voice can be silenced so that we feel unheard, unseen.

This is what happens if those ruptures are not met with repair - experiences of being heard, understood or reconnected so that our nervous system learns that connection is possible.

Neuroscience tells us that rewiring is possible with repeated experiencing of repair allowing new neural pathways that support safety, confidence and expression.

Music and song can help strengthen these new pathways because they activate multiple brain systems at once.

Each workshop in the series can be standalone or taken as a whole package and builds on each other.
