About the event
Finding Your Voice is a series of Workshops developed by Psychologist and Diva Susan Crockett-Crave.
In this workshop - The Courage to Repair Susan looks at how connection and compassion restore expression. Exploring the themes of emotional validation, self-compassion and rebuilding trust in expression. Learning how to trust our own feelings and feeling okay to be seen and heard. Listening to how we speak to ourselves with compassion.
Neuroscience tells us that rewiring is possible with repeated experiencing of repair allowing new neural pathways that support safety, confidence and expression.
Music and song can help strengthen these new pathways because they activate multiple brain systems at once.
Each workshop in the series can be standalone or taken as a whole package and builds on each other.
